• Academic & Enrollment Data: Selected courses, batches, subjects, quiz attempts, test scores, and attendance records.
• User Submissions: Doubts/questions submitted to AI Doubt Solver, feedback, and assignment/homework file uploads.

B. Device & Technical Information

• Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• Log & Crash Data: Application performance metrics, error logs, and crash reports via Google Firebase Crashlytics.
• Network Data: IP address and connectivity status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account Management: Authentication and profile management via Firebase Auth.
• Service Delivery: Providing access to live classes, recorded lectures, PDFs, and quizzes.
• AI Doubt Solver: Processing academic questions to generate instant answers.
• Notifications: Class reminders, test alerts, and educational announcements.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We partner with trusted third-party providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Push Messaging, Crashlytics.
• YouTube SDK: Embedded video lecture streaming.

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols. User files and database entries are securely stored with restricted access policies.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. You can request account deletion in-app or by emailing prastooti2005@gmail.com with your registered details. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Students under 18 should use the app with parent/guardian guidance. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without consent.
